This week The Season Pass Podcast digs deep into the refurbishment of Knott’s Berry Farm’s classic water-dark ride Timber Mountain Log Ride! The team travels to Knott’s at ground zero of Timber Mountain with Raffi Kaprelyan (GM of Knott’s) and Jennifer Blazey (PR Specialist of Knott’s) to learn why the park is refreshing the historical attraction and what to expect in the future. Then Doug and Brent are back in the Season Pass Discussion room to discuss the new scenes and animatronics with the guys behind the creative redesign, Garner Holt (President of Garner Holt Productions) and Bill Butler (Director of Creative Design at Garner Holt Productions). Think TSPP has covered the project enough...NO! Of course not. The team travels out to the home of the famous former Walt Disney Imagineer and consultant, Tony Baxter, to hear his thoughts on Timber Mountain, Calico Mine Ride, Knott’s, and the importance of these industry-changing attractions.
