TSPP is back with an amazing interview with the VP of Entertainment for Knott’s Berry Farm, Ken Parks. Recorded at Knott’s Scary Farm during Halloween Haunt 2016. Ken dives into his career with Knott’s, moving over to Walt Disney Imagineering, Universal, and going back to Knott’s. He is the mastermind behind many cult classics & favorites in Disney Parks, Universal Studios, and Knott’s, including the infamous Haunt presentation, The Hanging. He discusses the creative process of theme park interactive role play entertainment (Legends of Frontier Land at Disneyland and Ghost Town Alive at Knott’s), as well as engaging street atmosphere (the Muppets at Walt Disney World and the live actors, in the New York windows, of Universal Studios). Jeff Tucker (Knott’s Entertainment Supervisor/91 Reasons Podcast) returns for another great podcast. Enjoy!
